    Share your logo or artwork and we'll mock up every product in the store. You review a digital proof and sign off before a single item is locked in.

    Once designs are approved, we publish your store and hand you a shareable link. Drop it in your group chat, email blast, or team app — that's your job done.

    Fans shop on their own time

    Everyone visits the store, picks their own sizes, and pays at checkout. No forms, no checks, no coordinator following up about who hasn't ordered yet.

Is there any cost to open a team store?

No. There is no setup fee, no platform fee, and no monthly charge. You pay nothing to create or launch your store. Fans pay at checkout when they order.

Do I need to buy inventory upfront?

Never. All products are made-to-order after your store closes. You don't purchase anything in advance — there's no risk of leftover stock.

How does shipping work?

Every order ships directly to the fan's address that they enter at checkout. There are no group shipments, no pick-up events, and no sorting required on your end.

How long does it take to get the store live?

Most stores go live within a few days of first contact. The timeline depends on how quickly designs are approved. Once you sign off on product mockups, we can usually publish within one or two business days.

What if I don't have print-ready artwork?

No problem. Our optional design service can convert your logo or rough sketch into production-ready artwork at a flat per-design fee. You review and approve a digital proof before anything is printed.

Is there a minimum number of fans who need to order?

There are no per-fan minimums. Any order placed during your store window will be fulfilled, regardless of total volume.

Can fans order after the store closes?

No — orders are only accepted while the store is open. After your close date, the store is locked and we begin production on all submitted orders. We recommend communicating your close date clearly to your fans in advance.

Can I run a team store and a fundraiser at the same time?

Yes. Both program types are managed from the same organizer dashboard and run on separate store pages. Your fans can shop both simultaneously if you choose.
