How quickly will I hear back?

We respond to every message within one business day, usually sooner. If you send a message over the weekend we'll pick it up first thing Monday morning.

What types of organizations do you work with?

We work with schools, sports teams, clubs, PTAs, nonprofits, youth leagues, and any other group that needs to raise funds or outfit its members. If you're raising money or building community spirit, we can help.

What's the difference between a fundraising program and a team store?

A fundraising program is a time-limited campaign where your supporters buy products and a portion of every sale goes directly to your organization. A team store is an ongoing or windowed store where members purchase apparel and gear for themselves — great for uniforms, spirit wear, and fan gear.

Many organizations run both types at different points in the year.

Is there any cost to get started?

There are no setup fees, platform fees, or monthly charges. Our model is simple — we build a base cost into each product that covers production, decoration, and fulfillment. You set a retail price above that and keep the difference as profit. You only pay anything if you opt into our optional custom design service.

How long does it take to get a program live?

Most programs go live within 3–5 business days of completing setup. If you're using our design service or need custom products, add a few extra days for art approvals. We'll give you a firm timeline once we know your needs.

Is there a minimum number of orders or participants?

There is no minimum order quantity for our standard fundraising and team store programs. Whether you have 10 supporters or 1,000, we can accommodate your program.

Can I see a demo or preview before committing?

Absolutely. Once we know a bit about your organization and goals, we can walk you through the platform and show you what a finished store looks like. Just describe what you're looking for in your message and we'll set up a quick walkthrough.
