How do I place an order?
Browse your organization's store, pick your items and sizes, add them to your cart, and check out securely. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
How does my purchase support the fundraiser?
A portion of every purchase goes directly back to the organization running the fundraiser. When you buy gear, you're funding their programs, teams, and community — there's no separate donation needed.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists available sizes. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Reach out before ordering if you have questions about a specific item.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Many items are made to order, so changes need to happen quickly. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do our best to help before the item enters production.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Because many products are printed on demand, orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Some fundraisers run on a set timeline and ship after the campaign closes — check your fundraiser's page for specific dates.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking after the expected processing time, reach out and we'll look into it.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what now?
We're sorry about that. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
