If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a free replacement. Here's everything you need to know.

Reach out

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

We review it

Our team will confirm the damage and approve your replacement — usually within a couple of business days.

Get your replacement

We'll ship a brand-new replacement of the same item at no cost to you. No need to return the damaged one.

Our policy

Because our products are made on demand for each store, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds or store credit. We do, however, stand behind the quality of every item.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right by sending you a free replacement of the same item.

What qualifies

Replacements are available for items that arrive with a verifiable defect, such as:

  • Manufacturing flaws or printing defects
  • Tears, holes, or stitching issues present on arrival
  • Items damaged in transit

The following are not eligible for a replacement:

  • Wrong size or color ordered — please double-check your selections before purchasing
  • Normal wear, or damage that occurs after delivery (washing, use, alteration)
  • Change-of-mind requests
Important: Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the damage along with your order number. Approved replacements ship at no cost to you — there's no need to send the original item back.
